Food Challenge: no junk food / added sugar as in no candy, soda, or alcoholic drinks etc. I will allow myself a small slice of cake or a brownie ONLY if it is a birthday celebration or something like that so I don't feel deprived (and only if I truly want it) - not as a regular dessert and especially not in response to a stressful situation.
Fitness Challenge: walk over 10,000 steps daily
I am going to give myself $1.00 per day that I am successful. I will also reward myself with $1.00 each day if I manage the 10,000 steps. This will give me over $50 at the end of the month if I meet these challenges. Hopefully I'll be able to that money toward a new pair of (smaller!) jeans.
