2013 - 31 Recap of January

I cannot believe a month has gone by so quickly! It's been a pretty great month for me, and I am hoping it is a prediction of the rest of the year. Today marks the first day of my month trying IF and although I am nervous lol I am looking forward to gaining a bit of self control from it.

January Results:
Average daily calories: 1319
Fitness minutes: 1664
Calories burned from exercise: 14255
lbs lost: 8.8
cups of water: 452
emoticon I am pretty damn proud of that.

Goals for today:
30 mins cardio
8 cups water
1st day of fast be strong
Upper body ST
