Had a very rough night - let dad get under my skin and cried myself to sleep. But to day is a new day full of possibilities! I'm going to to Jillian Michael's kickboxing Fast fix, my Punch workout (intermediate) with weighted gloves, & 10 min solutions knockouts body 4 sections with weighted gloved and circuit training along with January Fitness mag Lose 10 pounds this month.plus a lot of stretching so hopefully I can move today and tomorrow. The good news is my boyfriend wants me to help him get into shape and we're going shopping and he wants me to make a workout plan for him! So I'm also going to concentrate on that today!! So lots to do but I got 6 hours of sleep last night so I'm ready for the challenge! Bring it on'
