I have been able to keep up my energy a lot better, but I'm still having a hard time sleeping at night. No matter what I do at the gym or medication I take it's still the same. I think this is affecting my weight loss as well.
I was blessed to find the scale I have been looking for. It just appeared where I didn't expect it and at the perfect price $25!! I grabbed it up right away. There was no way I was leaving it behind...even though I road my scooter. When there is a will there is a way.
Now I will be able to calculate everything and log it accordingly with ease. I no longer have to get it done on the gym scale. It will store and track my numbers along with 3 other people. This means I can store my information under the 3 people option button. AWESOME!
I hope I wake up early enough to start in the morning. If not, before I turn in.
I saved 275 calories to burn tomorrow at the science center. Something tells me I will be going over that amount.
February is mine for the taking. I plan to lose 8 to 10 lbs by months end. I know I can do it. I'm eating healthier. I'm working out 5 days a week at least. I take 2 gym days off for fun and relaxation.
What I need to improve on is my portion control. I'm not eating the right amount at the right times. I accomplish reaching my food requirements, but I need to space it out better. If I can get the sleeping under way, I think it will make things easier.
