I have to share my story i have treadmill phobia i actually got on it and walked/jogged on it today. 30 mins and average pace of 18:05 I am so excited and happy i got past a fear!

Oh and it's official I signed up for the Biggest Loser 5k run I will JOG it!!

Master the impossible because it is possible!
