It feels so good to be alive! I'm so glad that I got to exercise today! it makes me feel so accomplished!
I'm really working on eating more veggies, and so far I've been able to incorporate salad with my lunch every day this week!
However, I'm having a hard time keeping eating sweets under control. I love chocolate and I really feel like I need some every day. I usually have around 1/4 cup in the evening. I know that I need to break away from that.
I have a really hard time getting all my protein in during the day. I love peanut butter and so I've tried lowfat but even with that, I don't get it. I have milk over my cereal in the a.m., have lowfat peanut butter and an apple for lunch (today hamburger pizza with salad), and I didn't have much of a dinner. I had guacamole with 10 chips. So I know I should've had some protein there, but what, without going over my fat and/or calories? I don't have the guts to try tofu. Any ideas?
