I'm back!

Hello everyone! I'm back from my incredible trip away. Finally. I was delayed 12 hours in Brisbane, which was super annoying and frustrating. but I eventually made it home. I loved the states, and I can't wait to go back. My favourite places were San Fran and Las Vegas. So much to do, so much fun! I'll post a photo blog of my time in LA soon.

I weighed myself yesterday and prepared myself for a big number. Imagine my surprise when I saw the lowest number ever! I lost 700g, or 1.5lb while I was away! That's half a pound a week, which is amazing! I ate OK, and used moderation. I tried to eat a good breakfast every morning, and I would usually eat enough so I could skip my morning snack. Then I would have a light lunch and a bigger dinner. When I ate in restaurants I would order a non fried appetizer and a side salad to help with portion control. I also walked for miles nearly every day. Walking doesn't burn heaps of calories, but it must have helped!

So I am back to reality as of today. Eating well, limiting junk, etc. I was planning on going to the gym today, but I am so, so tired that I'm giving myself a break. I'm helping my grandpa move house tomorrow, so will hit the gym on Sunday. While I did lose weight in the states I don't feel like I did, so I am looking forward to getting back to exercising. I feel a bit fluffy.
