My goals for this month are:

Continue with four cardio days per week, increasing intensity and duration
Adding strength training three days per week
Stay accountable on the weekends by tracking my food
Lose two pounds

    I do circuit training on the weekends which consists of a few minutes of cardio followed by a few minutes of strength training. I haven't tried any real HIIT programs though - I will have to check it out!

    Great goals. Have you ever done HIIT? has tons of HIIT videos. I don't think Sparkpeople really has any. Maybe something to look into.
