The next few days are going to be insanely busy for me!! It will make the day fly by that's for sure. Good thing is I planned better for food intake!!
10 dance with Larry
11am Big Changes aerobics
12:30pm power walk with client
1:30pm dance with Rafael
5:30 eat dinner with family
7-8pm dance at church
8:30-11pm Marta's Country Dance Party!! Great way to finish the day!
1. Did pretty well with the food intake...didn't get it all logged
2. Extra stretching in sauna today
3. Great dance lesson tonight
4. Enjoyed talking with Marta this evening
5. Got to lead in Country 2 step...not enough men in class tonight!!
