I first wanted to thank you all for reading my blogs, and leaving such encouraging comments! Your support is greatly appreciated. This means so much to me as I embark on my new life style.
I've already been recording my daily caloric intake in a food journal, but I deicded to phtograph and possibly even video blog my food in hopes that it will encourage someone. All it takes is a little research, creativity, and preparation.
These are the foods I consumed as of 1/31/13:
B- 2 Boiled Egg Whites and 4 Slices of Turkey Bacon
S- Grapes, Golden Apple, and Honey Dew Melon
L- Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake and Honey Almond Kashi Bar
S-Steamed Broccli with monzerella cheese stick and 2 Mandarin oranges
D- Skinny Nachos (Ground turkey, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil)
7 servings of fruits and vegetables!!! I'm dedicated, you can do this too!!!
