I tried to do want my trainer suggested today. I had a small piece of turkey before lunch. Then while the kids were sleeping I walked on the treadmill for 50 min and kept my heart rate @125. But tonight when I went to the gym and worked on the elliptical after a leg strength workout, I had a difficult time keeping my heart rate down. I had it between 130-135. I was even trying to go slower. This will be interesting. I will talk to my trainer for some more tips.

2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day
