Well 3 weeks now of no eggs, gluten/wheat or milk or PEANUTS! Soynut butter is JUST NOT the same, but I have acquired the taste for my gluten free rice cakes....*eye-roll*
I am down about 5lbs, still kicking butt at the gym, no migraines! YAY!
I have been watching a few Youtube videos of the concept of "juicing"
You use a juicer and drink fresh fruits and veggies for 10 to 60 days....
Has anybody done this?
I am considering this just for the anti-inflamitory properties that most fruits and veggies offer...especially since of the allergens that I am aware of. However, I would be adding my vegan protein to the juicing due to my muscle mass of about 40%. Ideas? Suggestions?
