A&I Roses Goals for February Challenge blog

Today I redid my calendar wipe board to start February, where oh where did January go? What do I want to accomplish for February? I know I need to continue my self esteem assignment for therapy, I have an appointment to go back and see her on the 7th. I would love to make it to 1000 min this month for exercise, I got close in January with 660 min. I am sure I can make this goal if I stay with my streak progress that I want in my list below. I also would like to lose at least 2lbs this month, I am sure that even with my medications I could at least accomplish that with me tracking all my food and staying in range and slow increase of exercise. I am optimistic that is a small enough goal I will succeed. As for January I started at 200 and as of Jan 27 199.8, but I was down to 196.6 on the 7th of January so it was a up, down, back to the beginning up again month. February WILL be better!!

Drink a total of 60oz in a day…..12 day streak

Yoga 3 times a week 10 min increments
WATP 3 times a week at least 1 mile 15 min increments
1 Day a week mild stretching and such at least 10 min
Exercise streak totally: 12 day streak

Name one good thing about myself: I am a special, different and good mom to my kids 12 day streak

Say I am worth it and I am a good person 12 days streak

Take care of self daily 12 day streak

    Keep pushing sweetie. February will be fab even if it's short. Can't help but be excited because it is the month of love and guess what, spring will soon be sprung. I know your pain of being stuck on weigh. Me too! emoticon emoticon
