Well I'm done with the "What's My Word?" blogs...time to move on.
I've been a member of SP and I'm down 17 pounds.
My fitness routine is inconsistent but at least I've been doing something...100% better than where I was before, which was ZERO exercise. I'm so ready for the season to change, I want spring to get here. I want to work on the flower garden and start walking outside. Having to exercise indoors is starting to get old.
I've been doing better with cooking healthy home meals and my family is getting used to it too. I just add a few more veggies to my meals. I also think my body is getting used to all the fruit I've been eating. I'm actually craving fruits and when it's all gone in the house, I make a special stop to get more...something I NEVER used to do.
My water intake has also made a huge jump. I take water with me everywhere now. I can't remember the last time I had a soda.
So I will give myself an A- for my lifestyle change at this point and I owe a lot of my success to SP and all the great
