Here is the update on my goals for January:
I exercised 18 days this month averaging 31 minutes!
I tracked my Nutrition goals two weeks this month averaging 1214 (my range is 1200-1400)!
I set a goal to drink 100 cups of water for this month and I managed to drink 97 cups!
Here are my goals for February:
1. Stretch when I wake in the morning and before I go to bed
2. walk 3 days a week and track
3. do a 60 minute workout 6 days a week (track)
4. drink 100 cups of water for the month
5. eat mindfully
6. choose healthy snack along with meals daily (track)
