Today...

So, with the increasing wind gusts, blustering white outs, and all around cold, they (thankfully) cancelled step class...which I was going to skip because I would never make it back home to the hill if I got off of it...

I also might've forgotten somehow to go do some form of exercise today...yea, I know I'll pay for it next time I try to exercise and can't catch my breath...

Currently, I am loving my new supplements that make all my insides feel warm and fuzzy and working properly...I dropped 2 pounds in two days! I know that lovely pattern won't keep up, but I am appreciating it currently...

Slightly achy, with this weird tightness in the upper part of my ankle/foot and a very strained/tired feeling in my bad knee...but it doesn't hurt with exercise, just after...so I will deal with it...

    Glad to hear that the supplements are making you feel better. Make sure you are stretching well both after you warm up and after you finish.

    I live near Peterborough, Ontario and this morning I walked passed the window to see a garbage bin FLYING through the air. Not your standard tumble down the street... it flew! It was just as windy here as it was where you are... glad no trees came down. Darn cold, though!

2lbs in two days? Wow! Did you just start out or are the supplements meant to move things along down there?

Don't forget to ice (or heat depending) and wounds so they don't get worse. Best of luck on your journey!
