Even a bad day will not stop my journey.

Ugh... I had one of the worst days ever. I made a couple of mistakes that I got called out for at work. I got told there was a project that they wanted me to get done in one day and there is no way I could get it done. So, I actually stood my ground and told the requestor that I could not promise that it could get done in time. My supervisor does not know yet, but I imagine I might hear about it tomorrow. One of the mistakes I made at work was a doosey... :( I'm kind of concerned about what is going to happen.) Yesterday I couldn't go to the gym because it closed due to the winter storm we had. So I worked out at home to a dvd. Today after the day I had I really wanted to get to the gym. This is a definate change.. normally after a day like today, I would be eating anything and everything I could find especially chocolate. Well, I got to the gym and was getting dressed and noticed that I had put two shirts in my gym bag and no shorts or pants.... I got dressed again and thought.. nope I really need to work out. I got dressed and went to the front desk. They sell shirts and stuff with the gym's logo and I ended up buying a pair of shorts. I went back down, got dressed then realized i left my water bottle in the car... so in my shorts in -0 degree weather I went out and got my water bottle. I got through my work out and was glad when I was done. I felt a little better about the day and was proud that the bad luck this day did not win. When I got home, my husband who is also trying to eat healthier had went to the store. He bought 98% fat free hot dogs, fat free cheese slices, vegitarian chili and whole weat 80 calorie hot dog buns. I got to have 2 chilli cheese dogs for dinner and it was only 440 calories. I did not let my bad day throw me off track. I got my workout in eventhough i forgot my shorts..This IS a life style change and I found out, even on a bad day... no chocolate needed
