I am slowly losing weight. I am almost to 15 pounds gone, now. I can't wait to be able to actually FEEL the loss. At the moment I am not as concerned about the way I will look after the weight is gone. I just want to be able to feel the difference when I walk and workout. I have had 6 knee surgeries total, all over 20 years ago but I still have knee pain. I have to watch what I do daily and find a comfortable balance. If I workout too much, I'm done for days. If I don't use my knee enough, it stiffens up and is hard to break back into the groove of things. I know eating right will only get me so far and that is what scares me the most! Hopefully as the weight comes off, it will lessen the stress on my knee and it will get stronger. Until then I will continue to do my best with what I have.
