Well 1/12th of 2013 is in the books and I think I have done pretty well despite missing to time due to having the flu. I weighed in at 218 on Monday which is down 3 lbs from January 2. I still 18 lbs to go to get where I would like to be. I am back to regular cardio workouts which should help. I added 5 minutes to my elliptical workout - not sure if I am going to due this regularly though.
