Today is my I am happy to make one year. It has been a successful year. 30 pounds of me gone. That is a Toddler. I hope this time next year to have lost a whole person. LOL. Want to thank all the Spark People gang for the encouragement. Thanks to all my new Spark Friends for being there when I needed a little extra. I could not have made it this far without you.
