Hope everyone is having a wonderful evening.
My day was quite uneventful, kept on track with exercise and food, so that's a plus.
Weigh in day is tomorrow, I've been doing well all week so I'm not apprehensive about it. I'll take whatever it is.
I'm starting to think about some goals for next week:
Keep going in the 8-week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge
Continue to record everything I eat in the nutrition tracker
I'm meeting a friend for lunch Saturday at a Chinese Restaurant. I usually order a combination plate - that is bad news. This time I'm going to study their menu and choose 1 item with lots of veggies and chicken or shrimp. I think that will be a better option.
Don't want to look like this Sunday morning.
I'm looking forward to the weekend, not that I have any big plans, but I enjoy the down time.
