February Goals

My Goals for February 2013.

Motivational :
- Listen to a motivational song daily
- Read a Motivational quote daily
- Blog Daily
- Do something nice for someone (can be in real life or sparkpeople) Daily

Nutrition :
- Track calories
- Cut down on soft drinks
- Limit Fast foods

Fitness :
- Get atleast 10 minutes a day for starters
- Track fitness minutes
- Do more minutes than the week before

Household :
- Sort out one room a week
- Throw out and give away things you no longer need or would use.

Weight Loss Journey
- Loose 0.5 kg / 1 lb a week
- Loose 2.6 cm / 1 inch a week

- Do something fun atleast one time in the week
- Do something that makes you feel good
- Watch atleast 1 movie a week
