My goal in January was to lose 10 lbs. I lost 6 which is ok since I spent the entire fall gaining and losing the same 3 or 4 pounds. I spent a lot of the month working on building better habits, mainly exercising consistently and eating better. I've been pretty consistent with tracking my food but I still need to up my exercise in February. I'm making progress but some days are still a struggle to not eat a bunch of junk I don't need. I want to have between 30-40 lbs. off by the end of May when my son graduates. My goal for Feb. is to lose at least 8 lbs.
