My 15th day

In 15 days I have drank 90 glasses of water, I never thought I would get 1 down I was never a water drinker....I liked Pepsi and my coffee.
I loved sweet tea, I have none Zero.
Now I am enjoying water with my meals.
My first week I got rid of all the sweets I love
The first few days was tuff... I never chose an apple or a orange but those two are a must and I make sure I have plenty, I don't think I ever even tried a granola bar before it is now one of my favorite snacks, I love all that green giant has to offer. Those are just some of my baby steps I've been taking,
We can do this one day at a time
