So January 2013 is over & done...

I am really happy to say I hit all my fitness goals for the month! (I added a pic of my workout calendar to my sparkpage,,man did it feel good to cross off each & every workout!!) I also was able to make my nutrition goal of eating clean & healthy 80% of the week, 3 out of the 4 weeks.
I had decided the weeks I made both goals I'd reward myself with something non-food related, ( I love to celebrate with food so this was actually not that easy,,wierd I know!)
I ended up treating myself to: ** new pair of workout shoes
** the SparkPeople Cookbook
**new pair of jeans -in a smaller size!
Now, I haven't officially weighed myself. The last couple times I did the scale hadn't moved one ounce ,,, BOO :( I didn't want to ruin my perfectly good day!! So.. I might wait a day or two & check again. The size smaller jeans should make me happy,,losing inches,,but it doesn't make me as happy as that blasted scale dropping down,,down,,,down,,,
