HIIT me with your best shot

I am very much enjoying these Bodyrock workouts. I have done both Jillian Michaels' videos and P90X and I find the Hiit training style of the Body Rock workouts to be much more intense of a workout (I am literally gasping for breath sometimes) and I feel amazing immediately after. With Jillian and Tony I felt drained and tired right after and sometimes the next day. I find myself only feeling sore if I miss a workout. My off day was Tuesday and I was so sore because I wasn't moving. It's such a great feeling. I am already down 3 pounds!! :)
