So I revamped the chocolate protein muffin recipe from the other day. YUMMY!

3 scoops chocolate protein (I used Vega)
2 egg whites
2 bananas
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbs cocoa powder
1/2 almond milk
1/4 cup water

SWEAT tonight was a good one:) Also they have added more classes! Thank heavens. It was getting way too crowded in our little space. We were working out on top of each other at times....not fun.

Front raises to side raises #10
ROWER! My new addiction:) To think I used to hate this machine.
Burpees with pushup and jump
Overhead sandbell slams #30
TRX Y to T
Pull ups! By far the best I did on these yet:)
Squat thrust with ball toss #10
Shoulder raises with KB #10

Rumor has it tomorrow is LEGS! CAN"T WAIT!
