So I revamped the chocolate protein muffin recipe from the other day. YUMMY!
3 scoops chocolate protein (I used Vega)
2 egg whites
2 bananas
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbs cocoa powder
1/2 almond milk
1/4 cup water
SWEAT tonight was a good one:) Also they have added more classes! Thank heavens. It was getting way too crowded in our little space. We were working out on top of each other at times....not fun.
