Enjoying a workout

After several months of adjusting to caregiving and meeting other responsibilities I am now focusing on fewer activities. I will have time for group classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Tonight I got to go to the Zumba class at BodyZone. The instructor kept me moving, but I felt great. The anti-inflammatory diet seems to be helping. I felt so light on my feet. I jumped up in the dance and felt like I was floating. The Latin beat is delightful. I'm getting better at hip hop. The dances were aerobic and fun to do to varied music.

My stress level is so much lower!

    I want to find a Zumba class....Great! That's the trick - finding something you like doing for fitness!
