It's been so long since I've written anything because I haven't been doing much until now. I stopped running abruptly when we moved back in March of 2011, and didn't start back up again until recently. I'm not really sure why, because I really do feel better when I do it. My goal is to move forward from here and start running 50 miles a month again. It was a great goal for me before because it took some real effort on my part, and I could work on it the entire month. If I didn't run one day, or even a whole week, I could still get back on track and reach my goal if I worked hard enough.
It's more difficult with eating well. A week of 'blowing it' is so much harder to bounce back from.
For now, I plan on working on the running, and the eating well will come with time.
