Finally finding my groove

I think I'm finally finding my groove. I have been slowly trying to listen to my body.

I am finding that strength training is really helpful and necessary. I also am finding that 1500 to 1800 calories is optimum for weightloss.

I am very fine for losing .5 pound a week. very okay with it.

its just nice to feel my body find itself, finding what works cuz lord knows it took me awhile. and . . . I'm still learning.

    yes thank you so much.
I also watched myself while I was sick and surprisingly my weight went up by like 1.5 to 2 pounds and it came down to where it was in just 2 days. I have been really trying to listen to my body. and not do what I "should" be doing. y'know.

hard work but its payin off, thank GOD.

    yes, thank you so much. slower is better. I have maintained 10 pound weight loss for a year. 20 pounds for 6 months. so yeah maintaining that small weightloss was awesome.

    Happy to read this and I agree that it's better losing .5 pounds a week than losing a whole bunch of weight really fast, but then regaining it. Good luck!!!
