I think I'm finally finding my groove. I have been slowly trying to listen to my body.
I am finding that strength training is really helpful and necessary. I also am finding that 1500 to 1800 calories is optimum for weightloss.
I am very fine for losing .5 pound a week. very okay with it.
its just nice to feel my body find itself, finding what works cuz lord knows it took me awhile. and . . . I'm still learning.
