I can't believe that I haven't been on Sparkpeople since April 2011.
The whole time I was continually gaining weight and losing the same 5-10 pounds. I knew I should have been doing better. No Soda, less fast food, more fruits and veggies. Did I care? No, not really. I just wanted to be lazy and do nothing. I guess it didn't help that I was depressed and my husband was never very encouraging. He always makes fun of me when I am working out. And when I try to fed us better, he complains because ther is nothing to eat and only wants me to buy junk food. This time I think I have found the perfect compromise. I buy him his junk occasionally and for the most part we eat healthier. He even cooks healthy meals now instead of the fat laden meals that he used to make.
I am so excited about doing it right this time.
