I love Trader Joe's Egg white salad! It comes in Spicy Ranchero or Chive.



Today I made my version of the spicy ranchero and it turn out fabulous!
I bought a jar of chili/garlic sauce and that is what really made it come together. That chili sauce is very spicy, so I added small amounts until I got it right where I wanted.

Ingredients:
Egg whites (hard boiled)
red pepper (finely chopped)
celery (finely chopped)
green onion
Light mayo
Chili garlic sauce
