Well, I made it 14 minutes at 2 miles an hour walking on my treadmill today which is 4 minutes more then yesterday and a little faster. Man, I am so ready for this foot to be healed. Patience is not my strong point.

I did reluctantly start tracking my food. I ate some chocolate chips and couldn't find those listed on my tracker so I added them. Unfortunately, I typed the fat content in wrong and cannot find a way to fix it so I put it in again. Hope nobody uses the bad one. I did report myself for a bad entry.

Got a lot of stuff done on my to do list-all but my tax for for the accountant, though I did print it off. Did some more writing as well. Wrote a letter to my son that is in jail and it reminded me of a lot of things so I wrote more on my "book".

One of my son's got laid off from his job yesterday. He was very upset as he's been struggling as it is. He was trying to catch up his child support from when he was laid off before. He's also still fighting for custody/visitation rights that his stupid ex removed over a daycare dispute. Father's rights need lots of work. I wish I had more money to give him but I don't. I know he got on the computer and started doing online aps last night and made a list of places to call today.

It's really cold today. I hate the cold. It's suppose to be warmer this weekend. Hoping my foot will be up to my old lady normal speed by Monday. I need to exercise. I did do some hand weights and punching exercises as well for my arm muscles. Hope they help.
