Last day of January already. Time flies.

New goals for February:

-Weigh 150 lbs by the end of the month
-Aim for at least 100 minutes of exercise each week
-Eat within calorie range 20 out of the 28 days
-Eat at least 2 servings of fruits or vegetables a day
