I skipped exercise today, since I couldn't sleep last night. I got to bed around 8:30 this morning. Every time I lay down, I felt too short of breath. I slept from 9-4:30, after eating breakfast, and cooking up lunch and dinner of chicken, tomatoes, and onion. I slept real good, and woke up feeling good, but still not quite right. I'm doing laundry too, and then going to probably stay awake till bedtime, so I can get a good night's sleep.
I am still losing weight. Hopefully I can continue doing that, and eventually get through the A-fib, and feel good too, at a lower weight. Right now I am just doing everything the same, and hoping I go back to feeling like I have for months.. great. Sometimes I forget that I have a heart problem.
Tonight I have Big Bang Theory, Elementary, and American Idol to watch. That should keep me awake till midnight, and tomorrow I feel a little better. Have a great night!
