Prevent eyestrain by checking your reading light.
"How to do it
Is the light where you do most of your reading or close-up work (such as needlework or other crafts) bright enough without causing glare? Set a small mirror where your book (or whatever you're working on) would normally rest, and see if any strong light reflects in your eyes. If it does, rearrange yourself (or the lamp) so the light bounces away from your eyes, not into them."
