Yesterdays workout went pretty OK. But not as good as i would have hoped it to be. Once again i got to about 25 mins on treadmill when i had to slow down my speed to walk for a minute, then i finished out my last few minutes. I was hopeing to do the whole thing for 30 mins but i think because i kept changing the pace every couple of mins it became a lot harder. I think im going to have to build myself up to it.
Todays workout was Much better then yesterday. I ran 30 mins straight at 4.5 mph on a 1.0 incline without walking. I was very satisfied with it and sweating like crazy. I had to do my workout early today because i have to work 3 to 1130.
Tommarow is weigh in day...hope all goes well :)
