I did it! I lost another pound. So I have officially lost 20 pounds. It took me five months, so I am a little behind my scheduled goal, but I am happy nonetheless.
I still have three and a half more days on this week of the "super" diet. I would call it the "17-Day Diet" but I am not doing it for the full 17 days. I am only doing it for seven days and then I am taking a seven day break. Then I will do seven more days of the "super" diet. See where I am going with this? I have found that during the first week of the "17-Day Diet" I am able to lose about a pound a day on most days, up to five pounds. During the "off" week I maintain (although I gained just a little back this past time but there were special circumstances). Then I go back to losing a pound a day for the "super" diet week. We'll see how that works.
Even better news - TOMORROW IS FRIDAY! WOOHOO!
