This is the first full month that I have been diligent and actually had weight loss (8.6 lbs) in a long long time! I allowed myself some cheats, had a week with family in from out of town for a funeral, where you just eat what is available and workouts come sparingly and still had success! I even had a loss that week, only .2, but better than a gain!
For February we are doing a FAB AB challenge with sit ups push up and planks that increase in numbers and times throughout the month. We started today and I can tell it has been a while since I did a push up! Being a slacker sucks! LOL
