So tomorrow is a new month....yay!! A new month, a fresh start, a new beginning to continue on this healthy journey. I'm waiting for my son to get home so we can do a ten minute trainer cd..... Getting him to exercise is so important
..... I hope he likes it and feels good about it and himself!
So February goal is 10 lbs.... Lets do this!!
