Here are my goals for Feb.
* Stay in calorie range 5 out of 7 days
* Drink my water everyday
* Burn 2000 calories a week
* Do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups everyday
* Complete a 5k 3 times a week
I think these are really doable, but I will have to push myself to meet all of these goals.
