I'll be totally honnest with you: my biggest problem in all that journey, it's wine. I can be the most dedicated person for the fitness part of my weight loss, I can track everything, make wise choise 95% of the time, I'm not tempted by fast-food or sugar dessert... but I can't say no to a glass of wine.
Don't get me wrong, I don't drink all the time. Usually I have some friday night with my husband when the kids are in bed, sometimes saturday night too. It's ok to have a drink, but I feel it's something I must give up since I'm a slow loser and it seems to have a big effect on my metabolism even if I fallow the moderation guideline. http://educalcool.qc.ca/en/
I don't think you have to elimate all acool if you want a healthy lifestyle... it could be part of it in moderation. I just say I feel like it's a reason why I loss weight slowly, because I'm kind of stuck for like 3-4 days after each friday night and the scale won't move for that time.
I feel like it's the only place I have to still make change in this journey, but I'm not quite ready for this. I love my friday night with my husband...
Do you have something that you struggle to change of give up?
I know there's all kind of opinion about alcool, I think there's a place for it in our life maybe not in our journey to weight loss (not in our calories that for sure

).
Have a good day!!!
