I just love this BLC21 Challenge, I am learning things about myself, I am making plans to try and get this weight loss going! I just finished the Dice Roll and found it was fun to do, I paced myself, put some nice music on and worked through it in no time. The competitive side of me wanted to roll some more, but decided that was enough lol! (

I looked up diabetic meals on Google and have a little better idea on how to group my foods together, so I don't consume too many carbs in one meal, thus spiking my sugars.
I have been consistent with exercise, and have my streak going since day 1....this is good for me, cause I usually have to push myself to get it done, but the competition has me all revved up and ready to go
The support on this team is amazing, everyone is there to help with great suggestions, and just for moral support alone it is wonderful!
My biggest downfall is my addiction to chocolate, I crave it every day...so I allow myself a small piece of dark chocolate every day to try and get past it! , so far so good...I keep it in the freezer so it isn't too readily available
I have been tracking my food every meal, and have been in calorie range..I need to up my calories for the amount of exercise I have been doing!
I put a pic of me on the fridge the one I took for the Before..that's to remind me what I am trying to achieve, it makes me stop dead in my tracks, and also sends me scurrying away from all those temptations , and extra calories I don't need!
I feel so great about this challenge, so happy to be on the Butterfly Team, a great bunch of ladies! I am hoping for a loss next week, I will be working everyday to achieve it!
