A Few Plans

I just love this BLC21 Challenge, I am learning things about myself, I am making plans to try and get this weight loss going! I just finished the Dice Roll and found it was fun to do, I paced myself, put some nice music on and worked through it in no time. The competitive side of me wanted to roll some more, but decided that was enough lol! ( emoticon See I'm learning)

I looked up diabetic meals on Google and have a little better idea on how to group my foods together, so I don't consume too many carbs in one meal, thus spiking my sugars.

I have been consistent with exercise, and have my streak going since day 1....this is good for me, cause I usually have to push myself to get it done, but the competition has me all revved up and ready to go

The support on this team is amazing, everyone is there to help with great suggestions, and just for moral support alone it is wonderful!

My biggest downfall is my addiction to chocolate, I crave it every I allow myself a small piece of dark chocolate every day to try and get past it! , so far so good...I keep it in the freezer so it isn't too readily available emoticon

I have been tracking my food every meal, and have been in calorie range..I need to up my calories for the amount of exercise I have been doing!

I put a pic of me on the fridge the one I took for the Before..that's to remind me what I am trying to achieve, it makes me stop dead in my tracks, and also sends me scurrying away from all those temptations , and extra calories I don't need!

I feel so great about this challenge, so happy to be on the Butterfly Team, a great bunch of ladies! I am hoping for a loss next week, I will be working everyday to achieve it! emoticon

    Way to go!!! I fight that chocolate demon as well, and kudos to you for keeping chocolate in your freezer.

    It's great that you have kept up th exercise streak!!! emoticon You are doing so many positive things (planning staying in the calorie range). Good Job Elaine! These things have got to imporve your health and also lead to weight loss! emoticon

    We'll be there at the end of the 12 weeeks still on the 20 minute walk streak! It's made me go out when I would not have bothered otherwise. :-)

    I've not been having extra calories to make up for the exercise, cos my range is 1200 - 1550 and I am normally at the high end, so I figure if I take off the exercise calories from the 1550 it doesn't bring me below 1200 so I should be ok....
