Wow - I can't believe we are already one full month into 2013!! I wanted to take a moment to review my goals for the year and check my progress.
1) Reach my goal of 125lbs by March 1
**Working on it, not sure if my body will get to this number, but I'm working on it!
2) Run a 15k on March 3
**Registered and training!
3) Run a half marathon (Date TBD)
**Waiting until after 15k to commit
4) Incorporate random acts of kindness into my life on a regular basis
**Need to work a little harder on this!
5) Pay off credit card by July 1
**Scott worked enough over time this month that we were able to pay this off already!
6) Read more
**Already read more books than last year - 2 complete, working on my 3rd
7) Commit to tidying up 1 room each evening to mantain a clean home
**Not quite there for this one - went on a big organizing mission, and still need to work on getting everything perfect!
8) QUIT SMOKING - once and for all!!!!
**Working on it still.... not doing as great as I could be, but I am smoking less and that's a start!
I have been on a roll these last 2 weeks, and I am really hoping to keep the consistancy going! I am trying very hard to stay on track with my eating. I know that weekends are bad for me, but if I can stay perfect during the week again I think I will start seeing a difference. I really want to get into my goal pants within the next few months. They fit, they button up, they are just too tight to be comfortable sitting in all day. I really hope that by race day I can comfortably fit in them, but that is very high hopes.
How has everyone else done in this first month of the year? Are goals on track if you made them? Or is there a lot of ground to be made up?
