I majorly messed up today. I had a less calorie breakfast... and after my weekly treat (a pita with falafel), it all went downhill. I observe the Sabbath, and on the Sabbath, a lot more delicacies are served. How will I go into Friday night/Saturday and not add to my mistakes???? Advice please before I gain weight!!!!!!!!!

    let it go! just because you had one (small) slip up doesn't mean that it'll all go downhill this weekend. Indulge a little in the treats but be mindful of what you've already had that day - you still have to live your life! If you cut out the things you enjoy there's a greater chance of you over-indulging later on. So a little bit here and there is okay.
