Have started back and broken this journey into steps. I am not going to get overwhelmed with changes. Too many changes at one time (in my life) means that nothing will get done.
First it was recording the food, then starting back on the treadmill.
These steps are going well. I also have stopped daytime TV. I used to eat lunch with the TV, but found that lunch took so much longer. It lasted until the movie was over! Now the TV is only on when I'm walking on the treadmill. That means when the TV goes off when I hit the target miles. If I'm too tired to go on, the movie still has to go off! Still haven't gotten to the end of the Lifetime movie, but I'm walking a lot more.
