I'm going to do 3 segments of 10 min. Solution Dance off Belly Fat and 1 segment from Kathy Smith's Timesaver Cardio (20 min.) this afternoon, just as soon as my belly is not full anymore. I had some cheerios, beans, and a big cup of lemon/pepper/honey
(1 tsp) this morning for breakfast, and I'm a little sloshy at the moment. I plan to just have a squash stir fry for lunch.
I will spend the day doing data entry, household chores, and more household chores. I really must do the dishes and laundry, they are getting a tad out of hand.
Its beautiful. Its sunny, big fluffy clouds in the ski (cumulonimbus).
Tomorrow is the first of the month and I will do a weigh in. I've been behaving myself more than I had been. I am watching what I eat. I am getting the exercise. I hope that the scale is a 'gift' scale tomorrow.
