My Pants are Loose!

So far, all I've done is started eating in my calorie limit (exception yesterday) and the last soda I had was on Tuesday. I'm still eyeballing my schedule when I can fit exercise in. I'm pretty sure I'm becoming a weekend warrior due to lack of weekday time. I'll find it somewhere. In the meantime, I put on a pair of pants today that just fit without a belt 3 weeks ago. Today they are so loose I had to drag out a belt to keep them up. Very excited about this. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Way to go! My suggestion on the exercise is just try to do 10 minutes a day, even if it's just jogging or walking in place. Those 10 minutes add up and keep your metabolism boosted! Keep up the good work!
