I try each day to get as many spark points as I can. I find that the more drive I have to get the points - the better I do in my health/fitness/nutrition goals. It makes sense - I'm tracking everything, reading articles, blogs, encouraging others, checking in with teams, starting new exercises, etc.
So I now inform my boyfriend on a regular basis - "Baby, you won't believe it, I got 100 sparkpoints today!!" His reaction? "That's awesome - what do you get for them?"
I just had to laugh and respond "absolutely nothing." He seemed really confused. Until I stated I get to move up levels, and get trophies, and give goodies to other sparkers. He's new equating it to the games he plays on his cell phone. And he finds it hilarious how driven I am to move levels! (so do I) Apparently this is my version of Angry Birds!
My new response on what I get for my sparkpoints - a tigher ass!
