Hi Tina, I'm so glad you are feeling better. There is nothing like being sick and staying on track. It is possible, but emotional eaters tend to have a harder time. I think your goal of a new dress for the wedding is great. My niece is getting married in June also, and I am hoping to get the few pounds I have regained back off.
Great idea for a goal dress. I bought a skirt last year for a goal that is still too tight to wear in public. I plan to fit into it before it goes out of style, lol. Have a great healthy weekend!
:) Glad your having a better day over all! I LOVE Leslie Sansone! I did a 3 mile walk with her dvd today myself. Its 5 miles, but im really keen on "toning" lol. I think when I loose more I will. But be proud of what your accomplishing :)
I'm looking forward to meeting my first weight loss goal in time for my daughter's wedding in June. After that...I'll find another fun thing to motivate me to take it to the next level!
You've got the right idea! Break it down & use smaller successes to get the big job done!
Oh wow, you will do it! I know that incentive with having a goal in mind can really be the kicker!! You will look so pretty in a new dress I know!! For me, I'm working on losing 10# by March 31st. I know I can do it when I put my nose to the grindstone. I've been working on getting the 5# off that I gained over the holidays! I've joined a team called The Official Eat Better Feel Fitter Challenge and each week they give you a couple of things to do to increase your veggie/fruit consumption and it goes on for 4 weeks. This is a blessing to me because I can goes some days without any veggie especially. I'm the type of person that has to be reminded to eat them because I can eat fruit alot sooner! We know that veggies are so good at losing weight. Wow, when I load up on them, I'm not craving junk food so much. Sugar is big problem. Oh chocolate...yes! So, I'm trying to do alot better!!
